I run a fleet over over 100 Mercedes sprinters (USAveNY.com).  I previously used both ATS and HTA, but both had very high prices and poor support.  I switched in 2017 to FleetAutomate and have reduced my toll cost by over 300%.  Highly recommend for fleets of any size.
